It takes 1-3 business days for processing, 7-10 business days to receive your product (domestic), and International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days. The processing times are standard for all orders, even expedited shipping.

What is the Return & Exchange policy for items ordered on Aritzia.com? We will gladly refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. After this time, a merchandise credit onto a Merchandise Card will be issued for a period of up to 40 days from the shipping date.

Items¬†purchased as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for¬†return,¬†exchange¬†or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is.

Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your¬†return¬†within 7 to 10 business days. As¬†soon¬†as your¬†return is¬†complete, we’ll e-mail you and let you know.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted.

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.

When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

Items from multiple orders may be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following criteria:

  • Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account
  • The orders are being shipped to the same address.
  • Items from each order are located at the same Kikooz Fulfillment Center.
  • The orders are shipping at around the same time.
  • The items will be delivered by your promised delivery date.

Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won’t change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You’ll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will not be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders.
